The customer who places an order through the website caso.it adheres and fully accepts the general conditions of this contract.
The goods are shipped and the services are activated upon receipt of payment.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases of second-hand goods made through the website caso.it enjoy the right of withdrawal to be made no later than 3 working days from the date the order is placed.
For returns, shipping is charged to the customer.
Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised within the term indicated in the previous point by written communication via e-mail to be sent to info@caso.it.
In case of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in their original packaging by the forwarder who will be charged to the customer at the address indicated in the first point, intact, free from tampering and misuse, with the packaging and its CASO branded seal, CASO authenticity card, complete set of goods consisting of external case, dust bag, original sales documentation and special security seal-label within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Failing the above, the buyer will lose the right to withdraw.
In case of legitimate and timely exercise of the withdrawal and provided that all the conditions of return specified above are met, the Gioielleria Caso company will refund the price of the goods, within 30 days from the date of return of the goods and through the same payment method with which it is the purchase was made.
The withdrawal can be exercised by the customer-natural person as the final consumer and also in the event that the purchase takes place in the context of commercial activities by persons who have bought the property for the purpose of reselling it to third parties.
Prices
The final prices for the goods and services offered by the Gioielleria Caso company can be consulted online on the website caso.it; the prices are expressed in euros and are inclusive of all taxes and duties; they do not include the cost of transport, which will be specifically indicated in a separate price list. Prices can be changed at any time by the Gioielleria Caso company. The modified price will only apply to new orders and not to transactions still in progress.
Terms of payment
Payment for second-hand goods purchased online will be made exclusively by credit card, bank transfer, paypal, postepay or check.
Each purchase will lead to the issue of a receipt to be returned in case of return; upon request, an invoice can be issued.
Shipping method of the goods and delivery terms
The Gioielleria Caso company sends the second-hand goods in possession in Italy and abroad. Shipments made in Italy are free, those implemented in Europe and in the rest of the world provide for a rate equal to, respectively, € 50and € 100. Any extra taxes or duties are not attributable to the Gioielleria Caso company. At the time of the order, the customer must indicate the delivery address of the goods, providing it with all the necessary data including the Postal Code (ZIP). The Gioielleria Caso company will use a transporter for the shipment, whose company and contact details will be indicated in the electronic order confirmation message. The goods will be shipped within the business day following the payment date; if the latter takes place on a Friday or during a non-working day such as Saturday, the goods in question will be shipped the immediately following Monday. The purchased goods will be delivered by courier JUST SPED or DHL, chosen by the Gioielleria Caso company based on the availability of one or the other at the time of shipment, within 2 working days in Italy and 5 working days abroad. Whichever courier you choose, the shipment includes a link to track your package online. In case of payment of the amount by bank transfer, paypal service or check, the shipping terms will start from the date of actual crediting of the transferred sums. In particular, if the payment were to be made via paypal, the purchased goods will be shipped directly to the address registered at the payment gateway of the website www.paypal.com. Shipping costs include those relating to the handling and packaging of the goods, as well as transport costs; management fees are fixed. JUST SPED or DHL are very high performance couriers, with particular attention to the protection of fragile objects. The packaging boxes are amply sized and the items contained therein are always well protected. Before shipping, the goods are subjected to critical control by an expert who analyzes the details and also takes pictures of them for a further guarantee of authenticity.
Methods of collection and delivery control
The customer is required to check the conformity and condition of the goods received at the time of delivery and in front of the person in charge of transport, making a note on the shipping form of any reservations and / or defects found. The annotation must be personally signed by the customer. If the external packaging is tampered with, damaged or opened, the recipient must immediately check the condition of the goods contained therein in the presence of the person in charge of delivery. If the internal package shows signs of damage for any reason, the customer must refuse the package and return it immediately to the person in charge of the transport, noting the reason for the refusal on the delivery form and giving immediate notice, no later than 24 hours from the moment of the refusal, to the Gioielleria Caso company by e-mail.
Right of return
The customer is required to communicate within 3 days from the delivery of the purchased good the will to exercise the right of return; the return of the goods in question must take place within 14 days of delivery and will be borne by the buyer.
Technical means to check the exact wording of the order
Before confirming the execution of the order on the website caso.it, a summary screen will appear containing the data of the proposer, the description of the product, the price and any relevant costs, as well as any other essential data for the conclusion of the contract.
