Shipping method of the goods and delivery terms

The Gioielleria Caso company sends the second-hand goods in possession in Italy and abroad. Shipments made in Italy are free, those implemented in Europe and in the rest of the world provide for a rate equal to, respectively, € 50 and € 100. Any extra taxes or duties are not attributable to the Gioielleria Caso company. At the time of the order, the customer must indicate the delivery address of the goods, providing it with all the necessary data including the Postal Code. The Gioielleria Caso company will use a transporter for the shipment, whose company and contact details will be indicated in the electronic order confirmation message. The goods will be shipped within the business day following the payment date; if the latter takes place on a Friday or during a non-working day such as Saturday, the goods in question will be shipped the immediately following Monday. The purchased goods will be delivered by courier JUST SPED or DHL, chosen by the Gioielleria Caso company based on the availability of one or the other at the time of shipment, within 2 working days in Italy and 5 working days abroad. Whichever courier you choose, the shipment includes a link to track your package online. In case of payment of the amount by bank transfer, paypal service or check, the shipping terms will start from the date of actual crediting of the transferred sums. In particular, if the payment were to be made via paypal, the purchased goods will be shipped directly to the address registered at the payment gateway of the website www.paypal.com. Shipping costs include those relating to the handling and packaging of the goods, as well as transport costs; management fees are fixed. JUST SPED or DHL are very high performance couriers, with particular attention to the protection of fragile objects. The packaging boxes are amply sized and the items contained therein are always well protected. Before shipping, the goods are subjected to critical control by an expert who analyzes the details and also takes pictures of them for a further guarantee of authenticity.

Methods of collection and delivery control

The customer is required to check the conformity and condition of the goods received at the time of delivery and in front of the person in charge of transport, making a note on the shipping form of any reservations and / or defects found. The annotation must be personally signed by the customer. If the external packaging is tampered with, damaged or opened, the recipient must immediately check the condition of the goods contained therein in the presence of the person in charge of delivery. If the internal package shows signs of damage for any reason, the customer must refuse the package and return it immediately to the person in charge of the transport, noting the reason for the refusal on the delivery form and giving immediate notice, no later than 24 hours from the moment of the refusal, to the Gioielleria Caso company by e-mail
